Work · Predictive asset failure

Know the asset will fail before it takes the shift with it.

Sensor readings and repair history in one model. Maintenance sees the asset, the window, and the work order—before the failure hits the schedule.

Before

Readings in one system. Work orders in another.

Knowing which unit would go next lived in a few experienced people's heads. Failures showed up as emergencies.

What we built

Everyone doing the job should see the same facts.

We connected the sensor feeds and repair history into one record, trained a model to estimate each asset's failure window, and routed high-risk assets to the people who can act on them.

We also built the plumbing that keeps it trustworthy: versioned models, automated data tests, and alerts when an input goes stale. The team can see when to trust a prediction and when not to.
